Tourist Information Offices

Wherever you are in Barcelona, there’s always a tourism office near you. The main office is located at Plaça de Catalunya, but there are many other information points located throughout the city.

Barcelona Airport also hosts information offices in both terminals. You can easily buy your Barcelona Card in advance and pick it up at the airport. An additional benefit is that you can use the airport train to the city.

Plaça de Catalunya

Right in the heart of Barcelona, this info point offers multilingual help, a gift shop, and VAT refunds. It’s also the meeting spot for Picasso Walking Tour + Picasso Museum Skip The Line Entry.

Airport Terminals 1 & 2

A helpful tourist info points at Barcelona – El Prat Airport.

T2: Monday to Sunday, from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm.

Metro L9 lobby at Barcelona’s Airport Terminals

A tourist info booths by Metro L9 in the lobby at Barcelona Airport (T1 & T2).

Oficina Catedral

An info point in the Gothic Quarter, right by Barcelona’s Cathedral.

  • Address: Pla de la Seu s/n, Barcelona.
  • Opening time:

Monday to Saturday: from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Sunday: closed.

Mirador de Colom

A tourist info spot inside the Columbus Monument, right by the old harbour, great for a walk. You can also get help, tickets, and tour tips.

  • Address: Plaça del Portal de la Pau, s/n, 08002, Barcelona.
  • Opening time: Monday to Sunday, from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm.
  • Last access to the Mirador 30 minutes before closing time.

Estació del Nord

If you’re arriving by bus, there’s a info point at l’Espai Mediterrània in Estació del Nord.

  • Opening time: Monday to Sunday, 8.30am to 2pm.

Note

Starting from 3rd February, the Estació del Nord office will be closed for renovations.
